How can they possibly justify that?
And in this clip, Gov. Josh Stein apparently believes that the reason criminals break laws in Charlotte is because they police aren’t well trained.

It’s almost a stereotypical response, Jaycee. Given the fact they have had the governor’s mansion and the Charlotte City Council for many years, why haven’t they done these things? It’s all a charade, as you know.
