It has been reported that Obama loyalists were inserted into numerous positions throughout the Deep State. These were high-level civil service positions that do not require a formal presidential nomination or Senate confirmation. They historically had been protected from being fired. I wonder if this person was one member of that crowd; or if he was just another typical Deep Stater. In any case, this is quite a revelation on the part of RFK, Jr.:

WHAT CIVIL SERVICE PROTECTIONS DO THEY HAVE ??
It used to be that they had a great deal for those who are truly civil service, Fred, as you probably know. But I think the Supreme Court is allowing Trump to chip away at those protections if I remember correctly. After all, hiring and firing executive branch employees is an executive power– not a power subject to Congressional regulation.
