I have been to one hockey game . I thought it was rather haphazard. Not much interested. Yet that ending was good to see.
It’s a great game, Fred, but each sport has a different “personality”. It continues to be pretty unexpected to me that the NHL has successful franchises in cities with warm climates like Raleigh and Las Vegas. It used to be a game where guys learned to skate on frozen ponds and lakes in the very northern US and Canada. Now, of course, there are many internationals in the NHL– from northern Europe, especially.
