Michael Knowles has a good video that discusses the recent case of the gay “married” couple that had a child conceived for them and hired a surrogate mother. The mother got breast cancer, the baby delivered prematurely, and the two men elected to allow the baby to die instead of providing it with medical care. Check out the first five minutes or so:
Concurrently, Kim Davis has asked the Supreme Court to overturn Obergefell. She is the woman who was put through hell in Kentucky ten years ago because she did not want to process a marriage license for a same-sex couple.
Finally, an independent analysis confirms that same-sex parenting is bad for kids.
One of the major flaws of the gay marriage juggernaut is that it places the self-interest of adults over the best interests of children. This is a major flaw– an egregious error that will cause serious consequences in the lives of many young people.
We need to correct this error as soon as we can. We can’t let it fester for 50 years as we did with abortion.
This is all so unnatural and gruesome. It would be a good thing if Obergefell were overturned. Now is the right time.
Fred, I hope the Supreme Court has the ethical and moral strength to do this. They have the constitutional merits on their side to do this.
The big question mark is Neil Gorsuch, who has been LGBT-friendly with prior decisions. But Roberts, Barrett and Kavanaugh also bear watching.
