NC DOT: Excellent. The roads I traveled– US 29, Interstate 840– have been in great shape, almost from the outset. City of Greensboro: Good. Primary and secondary roads were cleared reasonably quickly. Side streets within neighborhoods remain unplowed. The city is doing much better than it did years ago.
