I agree, J. Sobran. The problem is that most blacks are NOT in intact families. But those who ARE within such families, as you say, are usually doing fine.

Discriminatory practices in housing, agriculture, labor, and social security compounded economic inequality and helped institutionalize systemic segregation during the Great Depression.
