Update 1:20 PM: Berger has requested the recount.
There were rumblings online yesterday that some voters in Guilford County might have been given the wrong ballot in the Berger/ Page NC Senate race. Carolina Journal reports, as does WRAL. I have no idea whether those allegations are true.
The groundwork is being laid for litigation. A recount also presumably is going to take place.
It might get messy. Indeed, it is already getting messy.
