I agree, Fred. It has been a disaster from numerous standpoints. It has raised the cost of health insurance astronomically. It has also changed the marketplace for the delivery of health care with much more consolidation and more mid-level providers. The hospital systems have been emboldened and given privileged status; and yet have acted in a corrupt manner. These are all the legacies of Obamacare.
