Fred, I don’t think we have had “total warfare” as of yet in Iran.
And I can’t pretend to know where this is headed.
By total warfare, TC, I meant what President Trump said early on in this war when he threatened to “obliterate” and “decimate” Iran’s civilian infrastructure—specifically its bridges and electrical power plants—if Tehran fails to meet U.S. deadlines to fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz or agree to peace and nuclear negotiations.
