IT SEEEMS TO ME THAT THE EMPLOYERS SHARE A LOAD OF THE RESPONSIBILITES. THEY NEED TO DO A PERFECT VETTING SYSTEM.
THE STATE DEPART NEEDS TO ALSO TIGHTEN THE RULES.
I agree, Fred. All too often in the past, there has been a wink/nod approach.
I think it would be even better if these visas were stopped completely. A moratorium is in order until the system is fixed.
