  1. TC, can you tell us who you would suggest replace Thune as majority leader ?

    1. Fred, I think Rick Scott is the obvious choice since he is a reasonably solid conservative who has previously aspired to the position. Mike Lee would be great. (We should remain mindful that we will not agree with any one individual on everything, but the idea is to have someone who will work faithfully toward pursuing and enacting a real conservative agenda, and getting conservative Senate candidates elected.)

    That means nothing. And indeed, the fact that it means nothing gives the lie to the notion of the US presently being a functioning republic. The Uniparty isn’t going to let an ideological conservative like Mike Lee anywhere near the leadership. Those in power like the Swamp just the way it is.
