The government in Kalifornia is the problem. I have friends in that lunatic state ( PRC ) who are trying to relocate . They are not billionaires and are finding it difficult to make the move for various reasons. Both of these families are in San Diego. It is great place to live but under Newsome’s rule life is difficult.
Because it is such a huge state, Fred, there are lots of conservative folks in California, as you know. Some of them are stuck there for various reasons. It’s a cesspool now. Yes, there are nice areas, and it used to be considered a very desirable place to which to move. Now, the desire is to escape, as we have previously seen in my native New York.
