Court: We Must Have Legal Abortion To Give Jews Religious Freedom

We have reported here previously that American Jews were the main driving force behind forcing the legalization of abortion and same sex marriage. That is simply the fact.

Earlier this month, a state court in Indiana ruled that abortion must be legal in that state because banning it would burden the free practice of religion by Jewish residents. The representation is that Jewish law requires women to have access to this procedure. The Disntr has additional details.

The judge who issued this ruling is Christina Klineman. Interestingly, the “Klineman” surname is a variation on the surname “Kleinman”, which is a Jewish name.

    1. Fred, if you follow the link I provided, you will see that it is a Jewish organization — Hoosier Jews For Choice– that was one of the plaintiffs. They apparently made their case sufficiently that the activist judge had something upon which to hang her hat. But let their be no doubt that legal abortion on demand is a major agenda item for American Jews. Yes, there is a minority of orthodox Jews that oppose it, but they do not hold sway.

  1. It is a strange but purposeful bit of linguistic programming to hyphenate “Judeo-” to Christian. To regard the rest of the world as Amaleks (1 Samuel 15:2–3), as Bibi & Co. do, is even a worse example of anti-Christian than abortions.

    1. My recollection, J. Sobran, is that abortion is discussed and regarded at least somewhat favorably in the Talmud.

The modern state of Israel is effectively a United States protectorate; and it has been for a long time. The issue raised by this is that they (and their boosters) have called the shots with regard to our military actions according to what THEIR priorities might be. If they have a distorted or expansive view of “Amalek”, we are joined at the hip to that view.
