So true. The deep and broad malfeasance in the Swamp is THE threat to the US as a republic. J. Sobran, there are rumblings that a grand jury has convened regarding some of the things you have mentioned. We shall see. But Fauci is nowhere on the horizon as being targeted.
No….once a U.S. President validly issues and the recipient accepts a federal pardon, a later President does not have the constitutional authority to revoke it. There’s no express constitutional power for a subsequent president to undo a prior president’s pardon, and legal authority strongly supports the view that presidential pardons are final and irrevocable once complete.
The issue of blanket pardons is interesting, Fred. Could the Supreme Court say that pardons must be specific to the crime commmitted?
