Employers Don’t Have To Pay Payroll Taxes on Certain Visa Holders

This applies to OPT visas.

Imagine the incentive employers have to hire foreigners on visas if they immediately save roughly 6.2 percent of personnel costs. This gives these foreign visa holders a massive advantage over Americans in the eyes of employers. It also blunts Americans’ wages.

Breitbart reports this was a creation of the George W. Bush administration and the Deep State– not of Congress.

The program persists despite two Trump presidencies. The lobbying advanced by large employers is very powerful.

  1. Somebody contact Senator Budd about this .

He is a business man and can understand how this disadvantages US citizens seeking employment.

If we understand how this was created, then why can’t Trump do away with it or minimize its impact by executive order?
