I will add some commentary. WNCN: Right now, our country is facing a moment as fragile as I can remember, and the decisions we make in the next election will determine if we even have a middle class in America anymore… He was silent as Biden spent so much money […]

Alston Wants Another School Bond
As I have mentioned previously, it never ends. Rhino Times: The county and the schools have a real challenge on their hands because, despite voters approving a whopping $2 billion in school bond debt in recent years, even that massive funding effort is leaving a lot of planned school capital […]

We had discussed yesterday the potential candidacy of Michael Whatley to run for U.S. Senate. Remember, he has not yet announced. It turns out the Daily Haymaker also had an article about this yesterday. I urge you to take a look. He is not enthusiastic about this potential candidacy. It […]
North Carolina Among The Worst States On Religious Liberty
Here is a bit of a shocker. North Carolina ranks #44 among the 50 states when assessed and rated on the basis of religious liberty issues. That is according to First Liberty Institute that compiled the ratings. It appears our state legislators have some work to do.
