    1. I agree, Fred. This is a marked deviation from what we usually see. Arguably, if pastors instructed their respective flocks more often regarding how the Christian worldview should guide their interpretation of what politicians and government should be doing, then these crisis situations would not occur so frequently; and we would be nudging things in the right direction. That is, in fact, the spirit of the Black Robed Regiment that existed around the time of the American revolution.
