Some of the things discussed in the video have been attributed to paganism; but Bill Federer explains how many of our Christmas traditions are rooted in ancient Christianity and/or scripture. Stick with it and replay as needed.
Postscript: We had years ago visited the cathedral in Bari, Italy where the relics of Saint Nicholas are maintained within a shrine in the basement. My recollection is that the cathedral is jointly run by the Roman Catholic church and the Eastern Orthodox church. This cathedral is discussed midway through the video. There were numerous individuals there when we visited who were sitting there praying and venerating him. They were likely mostly from the Eastern Orthodox tradition:
