I have written here previously about Marc Elias– the socialists’ highly effective Jewish attorney who has handled election cases for them for nearly two decades.
It turns out that Elias has appeared on a podcast and is providing a vision for how the socialists must respond and change after their defeat at the polls this year. Steve Bannon refers to him as “the evil genius”.
Among other things, he is calling for a “bigger tent” accommodating those with different views. But make no mistake about it. There is very little diversity of viewpoint within the democratic socialist party. They are nearly all socialists and cultural Marxists. He also is suggesting ample use of the courts and action at the state level to stymy Trump.
In any case, Elias is a formidable force. Let’s hope he does not gain more influence over the future direction of that satanic political party. Start at the 2:10 mark:
The democrats are like a herd of Zebras. If a stray horse wanders into the group he is not welcomed and is eventually ostracized. James Carville was supposed to be the master at running political campaigns . His overall record doesn’t support that claim.
A Marc Ellias critic is Tom Moore, a former chief of staff for a Democratic member of the FEC who opposed a petition which asked the Federal Election Commission to allow a political action committee funded by billionaire George Soros to coordinate with Democratic campaigns and party committees in Texas for voter efforts.
Elias formed the Elias Law Group in 2021 following controversy over his involvement in the hiring of opposition research company Fusion GPS. That company compiled a dossier with “largely debunked” allegations about former President Donald Trump’s Russia connections.
The FEC approved the petition. It wasn’t long before the Trump campaign used the opinion to coordinate with groups funded by Tesla CEO Elon Musk and other wealthy donors. .
“Opening the money faucets up as wide as they go strikes me as a bad idea for Democrats because Republicans just have a bigger faucet,” Moore told the New York Times.
Elias is a slippery reptile who needs to be dealt with like a vampire.
I agree with you about Elias, Fred.
My general impression over the last decade or so is that the socialists have access to much more money than the Republicans. Why? Their billionaire donors are ordinarily much more intensely partisan– often progressive/socialist Jews. Conservative billionaires don’t tend to have that high a level of intensity.
“My general impression over the last decade or so is that the socialists have access to much more money than the Republicans. Why?”
Dems have 70% of the wealth of the US (can’t remember the source); they are the party of the very wealthy predominantly. And they specialize when in power of giving grants (taxpayer money) to their NGOs and perpetrating lawfare to shake down corporations–with the loot captured thereby going to their political affiliates. Cumulatively they capture immense sums of money for political use.
Thanks, Healey. And yes, that makes sense, and fits with a pattern we have observed for many years.
Evil indeed!
