It is so depressing when the only vessel we have for fighting the suiciding of our country is the “controlled opposition” GOP.
“Controlled opposition” is a great description, Healey. I have affiliated myself with the Constitution Party because I recognized what a charade the GOP had become about ten years ago. That is a challenging solution also, however.
We really need to place our hope on things above, in part because what we have here does not appear to be fixable with current leadership.
Hope in things from above:
Psalm 121:7-8 “The LORD shall preserve you from all evil. He shall preserve your soul. The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth and even for evermore.”
Great Psalm, Fred. We need to keep these things in mind during times such as these. There is no guarantee the country will fix itself.
