His job is to represent the state of North Carolina and defend state law when challenged in the courts. But once again, Attorney General Josh Stein sided with folks suing the state to advocate for the abortion agenda.
He also joined a legal brief in another case at the federal level urging a state abortion law in Idaho to be placed on hold.
This guy is bad news and ought not become governor. But he remains true to his contemporary Jewish worldview that is extremely pro-abortion. Indeed, abortion has become nearly a sacrament within these circles as it touches upon other worldview items they hold dear– radical feminism, sexual liberationism, secularism and cultural relativism.
He should have been impeached when he began flouting his duty to defend state law. This is not the first time.
TC: Stein has obviously renounced the oath when he took office of Attorney General:
“I, A. B., do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will well and truly serve the State of North Carolina in the office of Attorney General (district attorney for the State or attorney for the State in the county of ______); I will, in the execution of my office, endeavor to have the criminal laws fairly and impartially …”
Yes, Fred. The Republicans in Raleigh have sought at various times to do an “end run” around him, but they never took up the impeachment option. I hope the VOTERS will impeach him in November.
