The word seems to be that it was a group of “Tajik” terrorists who conducted the deadly attack on the concert hall in Russia. Translation: it was probably Muslims from central Asia. (Tajikistan used to be part of the old Soviet Union).
But why did they do it?

If the state department had specific intelligence that such a terrorist act was imminent and didn’t share it with Russia this only confirms that Biden hates Putin just as much as Netanyahu.
Fred, within the last couple of days, I had seen it reported that the United States had notified Russia. I don’t know whether that is true. I also don’t know whether we played a role in the attack. But every provocation is worrisome.
