There was an interesting article at Breitbart this morning. Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law a bill that allows abortionists in California to mail abortion pills to women in North Carolina and in other states that have abortion restrictions. The bill would shield these abortionists from out-of-state prosecutions and law enforcement actions.
The article indicates New York and Massachusetts have similar laws.
The depth of the evil and depravity is astonishing. They are going out of their way to undermine the laws duly passed in other states in order to facilitate unborn babies being killed.
The long and short of it is that only federal intervention can stop this sinful activity.
Good thought, Fred. It seems there should be a role for the federal courts. But I wonder who would have standing– and who would be motivated– to pursue court action. It ought to happen…
