Levine makes excellent points. I have a question. Who rules on Trump’s request for the Judge to me removed , if she does not voluntarily recuse herself ?
Great question. I don’t know the answer. It seems the US Supreme Court and/or Chief Justice John Roberts might ultimately have a role; but there perhaps might be intermediate steps before they can intervene?
