While Tim Moore gushes over having a supermajority with Tricia Cotham switching sides, it is at the expense of moving the GOP caucus one notch further to the left. The GOP caucus in both houses of the state legislature is already packed with moderates.
When Ms. Cotham complains about being disproportionately pressured by socialist leaders, it makes one recall that a leader within the state SBI revealed within the last week that he had been pressured to resign by the governor’s office:

Given the fact that the GOP in Raleigh passed Medicaid Expansion, Fred, it appears she will fit right in. They are almost all socialists, to varying degrees.
