The answer to that question we won’t know anytime soon. Hamlin knows what the Doctors told him and ain’t talking. I don’t know if he had been vaccinated or not.
It seems likely that he was given the fact that it was being required. Regardless of what he knows, perhaps he doesn’t want to create a firestorm by speaking out.
