And it depends on whether the state legislature and the current governor is willing to do the right thing. Obviously, two years ago, we had unwilling judges– and unwilling legislatures and governors. We shall see if that changes for Ms. Lake.
Lake has a very good legal team. We’re not dealing with the Lin Wood/Sidney Powell “Release the Kraken” nonsense of 2020. If they think there is something to look at, then there is probably something to look at.
She also has the advantage that she is not Trump, and it is not the presidency, so less forces will be aligned against her. She also has the advantage of being a woman, so she will be treated more respectfully, and with more credence…
