How Is Jefferson Griffin Challenging the Supreme Court Election Results?
The John Locke Foundation has an excellent summary. What is the likelihood of overturning the result? It’s hard to predict. But it is definitely worth pursuing the legal challenges because Allison Riggs is a disaster on the NC Supreme Court, and Griffin would represent a marked improvement.
