Griffin/ Riggs Supreme Court Race: The Odds For Overturning Result Shrink

The state Supreme Court’s recent decision was somewhat of a blow to Jefferson Griffin. The court ruled that only overseas and military ballots could be “curated”– i.e., that they could be evaluated to determine if they invalid. The number of these ballots apparently is in the range of approximately 5,700.

However, the State Board of Elections is defying the NC Supreme Court and is refusing to curate a large number of those ballots.

There were nearly 60,000 other votes with insufficient registration information that the court had ruled must be counted. This was a setback for Griffin’s efforts and his prospects.

The socialists during the last presidential election heavily recruited the ballots of Americans living overseas to boost Kamala Harris. This inevitably would affect other races. Many of these voters, however, did not provide a proper voter ID even though they were required to do so; and yet their votes were still counted by the State Board of Elections. If proper ID cannot be obtained for those ballots, those votes will be thrown out according to the NC Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, the socialists are getting the federal courts involved to try to stop the process of evaluating overseas ballots.

This is obviously going to take more time. Griffin can still win, but that would depend upon various stars aligning in his favor.
