The Republicans have some recovery to do, Fred. There is going to be a “mid-term convention” next month; and messaging for the election is going to be decided upon. But they need more than messaging. They need an agenda– a set of commitments– that will demonstrate how they will be working together to restore the conditions in which young families can thrive.
