We had some important Supreme Court decisions this week, including one that gave the president the right to revoke Temporary Protect Status for migrants. This, of course, is a program that has been abused.
The Birthright Citizenship decision has not yet been released. Many have felt the court is going to rule the wrong way. This guy feels the Court should side with the Trump Administration:
Right after oral arguments in the birthright case many observers and talking heads were saying that questions from the justices indicated that they wouldn’t side with the administration.
Not so fast. Lets wait and see !
We will find out soon enough, Fred. I suspect Alito has been lobbying the errant justices heavily behind the scenes. They are holding this decision for the very end, for whatever reason…
