This would be a great remedy for what we have been witnessing. Legislatures rarely (read: almost never) use impeachment, so we need another alternative:

These jurists should be held accountable by whatever means are legal.
It would probably require tweaking some laws to enable civil suits against them, Fred. But I think it is a great idea.
