Yet with the 9 politicians in robes, appointed for life and therefore unaccountable to anyone (well, maybe to Mossad or CIA if they went to Epstein’s Island)… who for some reason (not in the Constitution) are the ONLY people who can meaningfully interpret the Constitution…any ruling is always a crap shoot.
You’re right, J. Sobran. It IS unpredictable what they will do. But a great deal rides on that decision.
