NC DOT: Excellent. The roads I traveled– US 29, Interstate 840– have been in great shape, almost from the outset.
City of Greensboro: Good. Primary and secondary roads were cleared reasonably quickly. Side streets within neighborhoods remain unplowed. The city is doing much better than it did years ago.
My son-in-law was one of the first out at o-dark-thirty plowing the roads in Virginia on the first day of the storm. Coagulations to the GSO team.
They really did a good job, Fred. Very refreshing. Now there is more work to do!
