A few days ago, I argued here that pastors need to help their congregants understand the wrongfulness of the types of violent protests occurring in Minneapolis and Portland.
This is important because nearly six years ago, the world went insane in response to the George Floyd protests; and pastors then failed to point out the sinfulness of the violent uprisings that were taking place.
Below you will find a good discussion in which two pastors (one of whom is Joe Rigney, whom we have featured here before) think out loud about how Christians should approach this issue. They discuss with clarity how to pray about it and also how to think about it from a biblical perspective.

Fred, this video was recorded last week. But it is very interesting that both of the pastors featured in this video have ties to the church in Minnesota that was invaded by the socialists this past weekend. They were assistant pastors there or were involved in “planting” it when it first started up.
