Readers might recall a school board chairman from Chapel Hill who had openly defied a new law passed by the Raleigh Republicans. That law forbids public schools from promoting changes in gender identity; and also grant parents certain rights.
That school board chairman– George Griffin– was called in to a legislative hearing this week. He is now claiming that the district intends to follow the law.
That is quite a turnabout.
The Republicans have no ability to prevail upon law enforcement to fix this problem because local and state law enforcement are both controlled by the socialists.
Their other remedies? Sue the district or withhold funding. Republican House member Jeff McNeely during the hearing openly threatened Griffin that funding could be withheld.
It is a shame that threats must be issued to get the socialists to do the right thing.

Fred, I think Jones and the other Republicans have to come to the understanding that these folks can’t be trusted, that they speak lies, that they are demonic. They need to act.
