Dai-Quan needs to be handed a long, long sentence. The streets of Charlotte are dangerous. The criminal justice system in NC got a needed reform with the passage of Iryna’s Law.
If justice truly were done, Fred, he would get the death penalty. I know that is unlikely to happen.
