I am not sure that overturning Roe v. Wade has made a huge difference. Am I wrong ?
It has made a difference in states that were able to enact restrictions, Fred. That does not include North Carolina.
By the way, Ciattarelli’s position in New Jersey was to make abortion legal through 20 weeks.
