Fox 8 reports that Duke University and its law journal are being investigated by Trump’s Department of Education because of its discriminating on the basis of race or ethnicity.
The target is Duke’s DEI/ affirmative action- style programs.
It is going to take a concerted effort to even remotely begin to root out these nefarious programs. I am glad that Duke University’s wrongful actions are being identified and held to account.
Federal funding to Duke frozen:

How do you punish a private institution like, Duke,for ignoring the POTUS decision in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College and Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. University of North Carolina.
