This socialist congresswoman states adamantly that she and some of her House colleagues are discussing every week with state Attorneys General legal strategies to undermine the Trump Administration’s priorities. This is an outright admission they are attempting to overturn the results of the election last November using the courts:

This is not unsurprising or unexpected. The administration has the upper hand and smart people. All the good guys can do is stick to their guns and fight fire with fire.
I agree, Fred. But it all depends on the Supreme Court and how quickly it acts. Litigation can cripple the administration by drawing out and lengthening the legal challenges using delay tactics and the like. It also takes time, as you know, for the cases to reach the Supreme Court– and for the court to act– unless there is an affirmative decision to expedite.
