As extremely dishonest as “journalism” is today, it has never been very good. A historian who tried to base what happened in the past from media & newspapers of the past would get just about everything wrong. A New England newspaper in 1804 reported that Thomas Jefferson was pimping Dolley Madison and her sister out of the White House.
As a generality, journalists are scum of the earth. Dedication to truth seems to be filtered out totally by journalism schools. Journalists seem to be people who really like to lie a lot but are too stupid or lazy to get into law school.
But yes, today the commanding influence of Zionists/CIA, Big Pharma, and the illusion scummy journalists have that they are junior members of the Epstein class…make modern journalism a veritable cesspool.
That pretty well captures it, J. Sobran. The most charitable explanation is that their perceptions are altered because of whatever mental limitations they might have. But I think that doesn’t fully capture it. Their intense partisanship and their worldview close their minds to the truth, and cause them to report in accordance with their partisanship and their worldview.
