I had the opportunity to see the Angel Studios film, “Young Washington”, yesterday. It is currently in theaters.
It was very well done; and I enjoyed it a great deal. The film begins during his childhood. But it covers especially his period in the Ohio Territories surveying, and later helping lead troops during the French and Indian War.
Washington’s achievements during his early life are pretty inspiring. The film reveals how the deck was initially stacked against him pretty severely.
Kelsey Grammer appears in the film.
