I trust that Falwell and other religions leaders speaking out against this power grab will result in rejection of this foolish plan.

Fred, I was in Virginia the last few days for a medical school class reunion in Richmond. Saw some signs about and TV advertising. I hope the populace outside of Northern Virginia shows up.
