  1. THE CONSTITUTION SAYS THAT THE VARIOUS STATES SHALL CONTROL ALL ELECTIONS. WHAT IS TRUMP RELYING ON TO TAKE CONTRON OF MID-TERM ELECTIONS ?

    1. I suppose he would be piggybacking on some federal election-related law. But he seems to be backing off. We shall see, I suppose. Given the fact the Senate won’t pass the SAVE Act, he will do some kind of executive order, at least.
