Below is a great conversation with Dr. Robert Epstein, an expert in the field of Big Tech political bias. The Big Tech companies like Google, Apple, Facebook and others use algorithms to determine how information is presented to users. Epstein maintains they have the power to turn 15 million votes. He is concerned that they ingratiated themselves with Trump; and that this resulted in their not being held accountable.
People have moved away from biased traditional media; and are now being influenced by biased social media:
This is in agreement with what I observe.
I also noted the finding of Google as a monopoly followed by NO remedy. It stands to reason that Google has always had a CIA connection, which is one reason I kind of watched that with interest.
The left owns the institutions of power, and Trump is too much about himself to counter it.
J. Sobran, I hope this guy’s warning will wake some people up.
Because these are some of the biggest, most profitable companies around, they also buy off politicians– obviously.
Triad, you should explore (if you can) whether your website/blog isn’t crimped in this process he discusses. Shadow-banned. I would bet a few $s that it is. No matter how many times I tell my computer you are a trusted source, it sends your email to spam.
Your postings merit more participation than I perceive occurring.
It is certainly possible, J. Sobran. I post my local pieces on X. I used to post them on Facebook and got widespread distribution, but then it shut off like a light switch. This is the only instance I have been fairly sure that happened. But you could be right– it might be ongoing, in other contexts. I appreciate your thinking about this and your kind words about the blog.
Since the leftists’ algorithms will demote it, here is an article (amazingly unslanted for the News & Observer) on Senate candidate Don Brown:

I agree, that’s actually a pretty fair article in terms of how Brown was treated, J. Sobran. I am, like you, a bit surprised given the fact it was the N&O and this particular reporter.
WHATLEY; BROWN OR MORROW. Who is gonna win? MS. MORROW SAID “North Carolina cannot afford six more years of Roy Cooper.” She should go door knocking with this message. Put those volunteers to good use.
It looks, Fred, like this is Cooper’s race to lose. I hope I am wrong about that.
