  1. Corruption right out in the open, as Congressman Burchette describes it. We are ruled by a cancerous organism, which will, believe it or not, get even worse when the vile Dems take the House in November.

    1. The performance of the Republican Congress has been abysmal, J. Sobran, as you know. As we have pointed out here many times before, the system is going to have to undergo a fiscal collapse; and only then can we perhaps see some reform. But that could be also the pretext for more Marxism and authoritarianism.

  2. We must return to the limits our Founding Fathers set when they wrote, debated, and signed our Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the 10th Amendment, or we will be financially destroyed.
The DOGE would be great for this.
My dad had only an 8th-grade education, and he told me this when I graduated from Waynesville, MO, high school in 1961. When you have more money going out than you have coming in, you have a problem. America has a problem, especially when our USELESS politicians in both the House and Senate in the Democrat and Republican parties fail to follow our Founding Fathers when they wrote, debated, and signed our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and 10th Amendment.

    1. I agree, Frank, and thanks for commenting. Unfortunately, our politicians have been insulated from the consequences of their profligacy for a very long time. As you suggest, that cannot last forever. We are now seeing warning signs that the day of reckoning might be approaching– precious metals exploding in value, foreign nations dumping Treasuries, etc. It isn’t going to be pretty.
