  1. Long overdue. The insurrection act, since its passage in1807,has beencalled up over 30 times. Now, for sure, is the correct time.

  2. Merriam-Webster defines insurrection as:

an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government

Minnesota is engaged in de facto secession by declaring that the state no longer recognizes US government jurisdiction or authority in Minnesota.

Ironically, I write this from a hotel room in Charleston, SC, where the South first started a similar insurrection in 1861 and tried to kick the US government personnel out of their state. (I’m here to escape the ice storm in GSO!)

  3. The Antifa chaos is encouraged by the Mayor and Governor and other MN officials (judges?) who are in on massive Minnesota fraud…as a great distraction from their sins. Not unlike Mao and his Red Guard.

The response to this truly matters. In ways that Gaza, Israel, Greenland, Venezuela, Iran, Ukraine, etc. don’t. It’s time to keep the promise of America First.

    1. I agree, J. Sobran. In some respects, I think the midterm elections might ride on what happens with this. The Republicans’ prospects were already dicey but performing here poorly would seal the deal.

But there are other powerful reasons Trump needs to get this right. Justice and the rule of law are chief among them.
