My sense is that it more complicated than a single hidden puppet master. The suicidal inclination of the ruling class of the West is the supremely salient question of our time.
Having said that, there were hidden puppet masters of the Faucian Dystopia. The CIA & Fauci had a hand in it.
I think you are right, J. Sobran, that there is more than a single hidden puppet master. The net direction of Jewish activism points in the direction of white replacement. Soros, of course, is a big culprit. But there is a billionaire class– that overlaps with the WEF/ Davos/ globalist crowd– that is eager for lower wages among the working population. White folks have tended to be among those with higher living standards in Western countries who are paid better. But “democracy” also contributes because people tend to vote for political parties that implement this agenda.
