They told us when they passed the Medicaid expansion [to cover able bodied men without children, etc.], that if the Federal govt changed the funding formula so that is was going to cost NC taxpayers extra, that the expansion would automatically be cancelled. That’s what happened. So they’ll keep that promise, right?
Good point, J. Sobran. I expect they will find a way to save it. They are heavily invested in it now, and they lack the courage to sink it given the fact they sold their souls to pass it.
