The News and Record reported about the fact that two inmates in the Guilford County jail died within the last couple of weeks. Now, the family of one of those deceased inmates is reportedly demanding answers. We don’t know why or how these men died.
Deaths of inmates in jails or prisons occur periodically. That is the reality.
Back when Republican B.J. Barnes was county sheriff, these instances were an opportunity for the local media/left complex to allege that inmates had died because the racist Republican police figures running the jail did not do the right thing somehow. This occurred with some regularity.
Now, things are different. We have a black socialist county sheriff, and other socialists run the county. They are in charge. So they no longer can blame racist Republicans.
But that does not stop the families from attempting to extract some money out of the situation.
